Rapyd Icelandbased 100mfaridi Crowdfundinsider, an Iceland-based provider of financial services software-as-a-service and solutions, is excited to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire Valitor for €94 million ($100 million).
Valitor is a leading European provider of in-store and online payment technologies for merchants. In addition to the purchase price, the transaction includes working capital from July 2015.
